$150 per person

Best for teams that need a clean, consistent professional headshot update.

  • Short guided headshot session (5 minutes per person)
  • Clean studio-style backdrop
  • Private proofing gallery
  • 1 professionally edited final image per person
  • High-resolution and web-ready files
  • Best for LinkedIn, email signatures, and internal directories


POLISHED PROFESSIONAL

$225 per person

Best for teams that want a little more variety and a more polished brand presence.

Includes everything in Essential, plus:

  • Slightly longer guided session (10 minutes per person)
  • 1 extra professionally edited final image per person (total of 2)
  • Cropped files suitable for website bios and social profiles


BRAND-READY TEAM PACKAGE

$300 per person

Best for leadership teams, consultants, speakers, and client-facing professionals.

Includes everything in Polished Professional, plus:

  • Same 10-minute guided session per person

2 extra professionally edited final images per person (total of 4)

  • Optional outfit or jacket variation, time permitting

FAQ

How long will the session take?

Session length depends on your package, but most headshot sessions take between 15 to 60 minutes. If we’re photographing a team, I’ll work efficiently to keep things moving while still giving everyone time to feel comfortable in front of the camera.

What should I wear?

Simple, solid-coloured clothing works best. Avoid busy patterns or logos. Choose something that feels professional and true to your style. You’re welcome to bring 2–3 options, and I’ll help you decide what works best on camera. I’ve included a full styling guide in this welcome packet for more tips!

Can I change outfits?

Yes! Depending on your package, you may have time for an outfit change. Standard and Premium sessions allow for 2–3 looks. If you’re unsure, just ask and I’ll confirm what’s included in your package.

What if I’m not photogenic?

Everyone says this—and then they’re pleasantly surprised. 😉
It’s my job to guide you through poses and expressions that feel natural and flattering. You don’t need to know how to pose—I’ve got you!

Do you retouch the photos?

Yes. Every final image you select will be professionally retouched—this includes subtle skin smoothing, removing blemishes, and adjusting tones while keeping everything looking natural. I do not deliver unedited or RAW files.

How and when will I receive my images?

Within a few days after the session, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images. Once selections are made, final retouched images will be delivered digitally within one week.

Need them sooner? I offer same-day rush delivery for $50—just let me know in advance and I’ll make it happen!

Do you come to offices or team locations?

Absolutely! I offer on-location headshot sessions for corporate teams and organizations. I’ll bring everything needed—lighting, backdrop, and setup—for a consistent, polished look across your team.

Can I reschedule my session?

I get it—life happens. If you need to reschedule, please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice. Retainers are non-refundable, but I’ll do my best to work with you on a new date if proper notice is given.
